According to the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs (2015), the National Center for Organizational Development lists interventions that any organization can use (NOCD, 2015, https://www.va.gov/NCOD/NCOD_Model_of_Intervention.asp).

Two suggestions are as followed:

Intake and Consultation organizations can provide, "...a referral to an alternate program office, service, or individual to best meet the potential client's needs" (NOCD, 2015, https://www.va.gov/NCOD/NCOD_Model_of_Intervention.asp).

Follow up/Continued Intervention Organizations can also provide, "...additional organization development interventions when they are identified as potential next steps in the action planning phase" (NOCD, 2015, https://www.va.gov/NCOD/NCOD_Model_of_Intervention.asp).
